Algarve Creative Lab provides website design, WhatsApp/Web chatbot development, and AI-generated media (video/images). All services are subject to a separate project agreement.

2. AI Disclaimer & Liability

* Accuracy: Clients acknowledge that AI-generated content and chatbot responses are probabilistic and may contain errors. Algarve Creative Lab is not liable for inaccuracies in AI output.

* Human Oversight: We recommend that clients review all AI-generated content before public use.

* Service Availability: We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party platforms like Meta (WhatsApp) or hosting providers.

3. Intellectual Property

* Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final website and media assets.

* Training Data: Algarve Creative Lab will not use client-specific confidential data to train public AI models without express consent.

4. Payments (Portugal Specific)

* Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, Multibanco, or MB Way.

* Late payments may be subject to interest under Portuguese law.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. For the Algarve region:

* CIMAAL (Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo do Algarve).
